Ildar Bayazitov is a well-known Muslim religious figure, philanthropist, publicist, organizer and inspirer of the social ministry of Islamic organizations in Russia. He is the founder of the rehabilitation center for the blind, the founder of the charity foundation and the chairman of the Council of the NICF «Yardem». He is the imam-khatib of the Kazan Yardem mosque, Advisor to the Mufti of Tatarstan on social issues, President of the National Union of Philanthropists.
Ildar Bayazitov is the founder of the Muslim information portals info-islam.ru and tatar-islam.ru, the author of several works and numerous articles on the topic of social service in Islam, traditional Islam and charity, spiritual and moral education of convicts.
Ildar Bayazitov is not just a theorist, but also a famous practitioner. To understand what social service is in Islam, it is enough to come to the “Yardem” mosque, of which he is the imam-khatib. This mosque is known not only in Russia, in the CIS countries and outside Russia. First of all, this mosque is known for its unique work, led by I. Bayazitov for more than 10 years.
The rehabilitation center for the blind at the NIBF “Yardem” is unique for our country, thousands of people from Russia and the CIS countries have been trained in it. Ildar Bayazitov is an example of a new generation of leaders engaged in actively and productively various social projects in Russia and abroad.
